یعنی کوئی بھی طالب علم صرف اس وجہ سے پیچھے نہ رہ جائے کہ وہ اسمارٹ فون خریدنے کی استطاعت نہیں رکھتا۔
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
No not everyone can apply for this scheme, it is because this scheme is mainly targeted toward the students and selected people with low income families. The expected eligibility includes:

How to Apply Online / Registration Process

- Click on the Free Smartphone Scheme 2025 Apply Now option.
- Fill in your details as (CNIC, student info, contact number).
- Upload the required documents for this application.
- Submit the form and then wait for verification.
After the verification the successful applicants will be notified via SMS or email.

Distribution & Delivery of Phones
These smartphones will not be given to everyone at once. Instead there will be a distribution will happen in phases. Colleges, universities and local government offices will be used as distribution points.
The plan shows that Phase 1 has started in July 2025. After that, smartphone distribution will begin in September 2025. This will cover all provinces: Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK, and Gilgit Baltistan.
