PAVE Scheme Online Registration is a Pakistan’s Green Vehicle Program 2025. Pakistan is stepping into a new era of clean transportation with the launch of the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program, this is also known as the PM Electric Bike and Rickshaw Scheme 2025. This program is a part of the government’s New Energy Vehicle Policy 2025 to 2030 which offers the electric motorcycles, rickshaws and loaders at subsidized rates with easy monthly installments.

The PAVE Scheme is designed the Government of Pakistan by the Ministry of Industries & Production with the implementation support from the Engineering Development Board (EDB).

About Charging & Battery
An electric bike or rickshaw’s battery usually takes about 4 to 6 hours for a full charge and the charging cost at home is around Rs. 100 to 150 for a full charge. After charging, the bike can cover over 70 to 100 km on the other hand if we talk about rickshaw then it can travel up to 120 km.
An electric bike or rickshaw battery usually lasts for about 500 to 1,000 charging cycles which means you can charge it fully that many times before its performance starts to reduce.
The battery of these vehicles normally lasts for 3 to 4 years and if it needs replacement then the cost is between Rs. 25,000 and 40,000 by depending on the model.

After visiting the site click on Sign Up → enter CNIC, mobile, email, password → verify the application by SMS/email.
Login with your CNIC/email.
Select vehicle category (bike, rickshaw, loader).
Upload required documents.
Pay application fee which is Rs. 1,048 via NBP.
Submit → receive Tracking ID.
Wait for the computerized balloting (after 30 Sep 2025).
Selected applicants get SMS/email confirmation for vehicle delivery.

Q: Can overseas Pakistanis apply?
No, overseas Pakistanis cannot apply for this scheme because it is only available for the people who are living in Pakistan and have a valid local CNIC issued by NADRA.
Q: What is the last date?
The last date to submit the applications for this scheme is 30th September 2025. After this deadline, no new registrations will be accepted for it, so applicants should complete their process before this date to avoid missing the chance for the vehicles.
Q: How will delivery happen?
The distribution of electric bikes and rickshaws will take place through the official EV dealers between January and March 2026. During this time, only the authorized dealers will handle the process of distribution, so applicants should make sure to visit these dealers to receive their vehicles.
Q: Can one person apply for multiple vehicles?
Each person can apply for this scheme using their CNIC but remember that only one application is allowed for a person per CNIC. This means you cannot register more than one application with the same ID card and only one benefit will be given under a single or same CNIC.
